Warranty Policy
Proxon warrants all products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Within the period of this warranty, Proxon will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty does NOT apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Just send an email to hello@proxon.us and place on the subjet: "Warranty issue Order #". Inside the email please attach evidence of the defect and explain the problem and we will evaluate the issue.
