30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your new Proxons! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Instructions:

    • Upload clear pictures of the shoes showing they are in new condition.
    • Ensure the shoes are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  3. Approval Process:

    • Once your return request and pictures are received, we will review them.
    • If the shoes are verified to be in new condition, we will approve your return and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  4. Refund Process:

    • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
    • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please Note:

  • Returns submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Items that do not meet the new condition requirement will not be approved for a return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges and refunds will be processed once the carrier company receives the returned product. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for refunds to be reflected in your bank account after the return has been handed over to the shipping company.
