Great Shoe
I have been wearing the Eagle for a week and a half now. I do wear them every day. After the first 5 days the stiffness was gone. They are very comfortable and look great. I would definitely like a non skid sole added to the shoe.

Everyone is jealous of my Proxons
The Eagle is a great shoe. The fit is great, while the style makes all others envious. A break-in period is recommended, as they were initially somewhat stiff while walking. I do not wear safety shoes daily, but with each successive wearing they become more flexible. I have worn these to five different business locations in the US and overseas, and people at each location wanted to know more about my Eagles.
There is one small caveat: the soles are not slip-resistant for wearing in areas with oily/slick surfaces. At one regular location I visit, I have had to add slip-resistant slip-ons over the bottoms so I can walk without fear of sliding or falling. this is not a complaint, just pointing out my experience. Perhaps Proxon can update the soles to ant-skid material for future manufacturing.
When the need arises, I will not hesitate to purchase another pair of Proxons.
