A Chelsea boot but with a western style and steel toe cap, ready to take you from the industrial site to greatest landscape, safe and comfortable. Long lasting durability thanks to the Goodyear Welt construction.

Comfortable!

I got these because I’ve been looking for a boot like this that isn’t as bulky as the Ariats or other boots, but still have steel toes. These were the only ones I could find that fit that description. I’ve been wearing them for about a week now and they are very comfortable right off the bat. I’m generally a standard 10.5 and these were spot on for me. So far the quality seems great as well. I’m honestly going to get a second pair next year to keep nice.

Good looking and comfortable

As a manufacturing consultant I was searching for a pair of nice looking steel toes that I could wear casually as well as on the job site. Proxon was the only place I found that seemed to meet those needs.

Before when I travelled I'd need to pack my Redwing steel toes away taking up space in my luggage and I was always changing shoes. These boots have been perfect and are so comfortable I've started wearing them as an everyday shoe. I've had them about a month and worn them for several 3+mile walks and I've seen no deterioration in comfort. They look great with jeans or business casual so serve as a very versatile boot. Note: They do have more of a "western toe" look than I expected from the picture but they still look great.

Beware, it's stated in many places but these shoes do run small. I usually wear a 9.5, sometimes a 10. In these shoes I needed a 10.5. Also the communication with Proxon is lacking. When I made my return I didn't receive responses to any my emails and I was surprised with the new shoes arrived. That said, I'm very happy with the product.
